Our whisky expert invites you to discover the world of whiskies! Introductory session to this universe which is full of history, cultures and sensory diversity. We will focus on the importance of fermentation, the shape and size of the still, but also the different types of aging in the construction of the whisky profile. You will learn how to taste, analyze, dissect whiskies in order to let them express themselves and thus highlight their differences according to their origins around the world. The names "Single Malt", "Blended Malt", "Peated", "Islay", "Single Grain" or even "Pot still" will hold no secret for you !

→ 8 participants minimum and 15 participants maximum per class.

→ The activity may be cancelled, modified or postponed if the minimum amount of participants is not reached.
